Corrugated board
A new type of metal plate (aluminum corrugated composite board) is developed to solve the problems of poor deformation resistance, heavy weight and unevenness of ordinary metal curtain wall panels in practical use. The material is a composite structure, which can be divided into three layers or two layers. Layer and middle layer are made of high strength corrugated aluminium plate core material. Both panel and bottom plate are compounded by high temperature and high pressure medium after fluorocarbon roller coating. This is a new decorative alloy plate representing the future trend of construction industry.

Firstly, the materials used in the plate do not volatilize any harmful substances to human body, no odor, can be put into use immediately after installation, without reserving ventilation and detoxification time, is the real sense of green environmental protection materials on the market at present;

TITANIUM-ZINC |
Titanium zinc plate is a high-grade metal alloy plate manufactured according to European standard EN988. Its composition is 99.995% pure zinc and a small amount of copper (0.08%) titanium (0.06%) and other alloy materials. It is manufactured as coil, 1 meter wide or other customized specifications. The thickness includes 0.7 m m 0.8 m m, 0.9 m m, 1.0 m m, 1.2 m m, 1.5 m m and other specifications. The material density is 7.18 g/cm 3, the thermal conductivity is 109 W/m mm, the melting point is 418 C, and the longitudinal thermal expansion coefficient is 0.022 m m/m. The weight of C is about 5kg/m2 (0.7mm thickness). Life cycle is 80-100 years long. Depending on the protective layer of zinc carbonate formed by itself, it can prevent further corrosion of the surface layer, without painting protection, has a real metal texture, and has the characteristics of automatic healing without scratches and maintenance. |
